All-the-way-up and all-the-way-down – pick up at R1 at Base and deliver to T1 QTA by driving all the way up to the 5th floor at T1, turning right to Exit, then all the way down to the 1st floor and over to T1 QTA.
Delete – removed from service for possible de-sale; cars stage at N5.
Dirties – vehicles to be driven to T1 QTA or T2 QTA for washing.
Emerald Aisle – loyalty program with counter bypass and choose-your-own vehicle from the Emerald Aisle lot.
Enterprise – known for “home city” rentals.
Executive – loyalty program similar to Emerald Aisle with counter bypass and choose-your-own vehicle.
Exotics – luxury brand vehicles, such as BMW or Mercedes-Benz.
HC / Home Cities – another name for Branches. Typically picked up at T1 2nd floor and driven to a specific branch where your Chase vehicle meets you.
Lease returns – picked up from customer locations and returned to Roseville.
LP – window marking meaning the license plate needs renewal.
National – brand typically targeting business travelers.
Plates – a.k.a. license plates or LPs. Remove from WIs and return to Base.
R1s – returns from Base typically to T1 2nd floor into cleaning line. If Return lines at T1 are full, R1s may be driven to T1 QTA or to T2 QTA dirty lines.
Shops – vehicles to return to Base for PM or repair.
Transport – long, double-decker vehicle used to move and deliver vehicles.
Up and Downs – T1 crew flow: pick up in the Return Lane, drive down to T1 QTA to park in wash line, elevator up to 2nd floor, repeat.
WI / Wholesale Inventory – picked up at the Airport or other locations and delivered to N5 for cleaning and ready-for-sale to a dealership.
